2012 Energy Challenge

ACCE students received a $1000 grant from the Office of Sustainability to do a power and light study at their school  They studied each classroom and office for number of lights, time used, access to daylight, etc. and produced a brochure that has resulted in lower energy costs for the school.  Teachers are turning off lights to make better use of daylight and taking care to turn them off when no one is using the room.
